Senior Actuarial Analyst/Actuary, Canadian Premier

The role: Thanks to the expansion of the company, there is now a need for a Senior Actuarial Analyst in Toronto. This role will include asset liability management and capital reporting, serving the pricing department for all product lines, or working in the Actuarial Transformation area on several initiatives including IFRS 17 and setting up valuation modeling for new business lines.
You’ll need: Analyzing, supporting, measuring and collaborating with internal stakeholders will be key parts of this role. You’ll have a university degree in a quantitative field, a FSA/FCAS designation or have made significant progress in the Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society exams. Plus, you’ll understand the financial dynamics of affinity insurance products.

The role: Based in Waterloo, the company is looking for an experienced SEO Analyst. Reporting to the Director of Online Marketing, you will drive awareness and demand generation programs for the online channels of Descartes’ business.
You’ll need: More than two years in search engine marketing, preferably at an SEO agency. You’ll have demonstrable expertise in knowledge of SEO techniques and will be a creative and a critical thinker. Exposure to ecommerce, logistics, supply chain, global trade and software technology/industry marketing is a definite plus.
