TORONTO – Russel Metals Inc. (TSX: RUS) announced that it has closed its acquisition of a group of companies that operate as Boyd Metals. Boyd operates five service centers in Fort Smith (Arkansas), Little Rock (Arkansas), Joplin (Missouri), Oklahoma City (Oklahoma) and Tyler (Texas).
