You will be responsible for the design, implementation, automation, governance, and administration of highly secure, high-performance, scalable, cloud-native solutions that meet or exceed RTO/RPO requirements.

As the ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be the point person for all ServiceNow projects and maintenance activities. This includes leading project teams in partnership with Vena’s Information Technology team and other business units in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Implementation and enhancements of ITIL processes include, but are not limited to, incident management, request fulfillment and problem management.
The successful candidate will lead the design, development, testing, delivery and support of ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects to extend the capabilities of the ITSM platform. They will be working with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions, while also communicating with team members to understand their business requirements, and providing suitable solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and be detail oriented with the ability to clearly map and articulate processes. You’ll have experience as a Solutions Architect and Administrator to bring the end user solutions to life using ServiceNow best practices. Excellent knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow core application, best practices, User Interface and workflow configuration is also key.
This is a flexible position and has the option of working in the Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely.
CBC/Radio-Canada is looking for a Project Lead to join their Engineering team to lead and take part in projects focused on IT and Telecommunications. The successful incumbent will be based in Montreal, working primarily on local projects, with eventual and occasional travel to Toronto. CBC/Radio-Canada operates one of the world’s leading technology infrastructures and one of the largest private networks, which distributes its content and services exclusively across the country. In this position, you will play an essential role in the design, optimization and project delivery, including updating, installing, configuring and testing equipment, software and systems. You will ensure the design and implementation of systems you supervise in accordance with CBC/Radio-Canada and industry best practices as well as current federal and provincial regulations.
As the new Project Lead, Senior Systems Designer, IT Infrastructure, you will design innovative, practical solutions to complex problems, particularly where new technologies are to be integrated into existing facilities. You will create and track the schedules and budgets for capital projects; monitoring progress to ensure compliance with scope and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Telecommunications Engineering, or a Diploma In Applied Science and Technology. A minimum of five years’ experience in designing, planning, and supervising the implementation of infrastructure for IT systems, advanced IP routing protocols, virtualization and storage technologies is also required. Hands-on experience with hyper-converged solutions and platforms, as well as large-scale deployment of critical IT security software systems and networking concepts is favourable.
