Technical Writer, Canadian Premier

The driving force behind Canadian Premier’s success is their unwavering belief in clear and effective communication. They’re searching for an experienced Technical Writer to join the team and help take their services to new heights. You will take ownership of managing, updating, and maintaining operational documentation, including introducing a knowledge management system. You will develop, write, and edit operating instructions, manuals, and other process documents to help users understand and utilise procedural information more easily.

You will collaborate with front-line leaders (Call Center environment), Technology Associates, Learning and Development, and Legal/Compliance resources and provide training to end-users based on newly developed procedures. This is a chance to make your mark, to build out templates, tools, processes, and systems for technical documentation writing and storage in the way you see fit based on lessons learned. You will bring your insights, expertise, and creativity to identify gaps and collaborate to introduce solutions. You want to make a measurable impact on the performance of teams and the resulting customer service experience. The documents will be used as guides for the front-line team and personnel transitioning to different roles. As CPL continues to evolve and grow, you will have the chance to move in your career, expanding your reach beyond Operations or exploring a different area of the business.

Senior Financial Analyst, MLSE

With a passion for detailed scrutiny and strategic foresight, you will lead the financial planning and budgeting activities of the company as the Senior Financial Analyst. Working under the Director, FP&A, you will spearhead the day-to-day analysis of financial performance, build annual plans and periodic reports, and use this data to support the decision-making of related management, technology, marketing, and operations departments. Your strong interpersonal and professional skills will be instrumental in bringing the company departments together through result-oriented collaboration.

You will play a pivotal role in the meaningful advancement of the organization. You have 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, have worked as a financial analyst in the past, and have a proven track record in building strong strategic plans. You have a postgraduate degree or diploma in a finance-related field and have either completed or are working on your CPA designation. You have an understanding of standard financial systems such as Oracle and are familiar with reporting tools like Power BI, SQL, Excel Cube Reports, and standard workplace applications like Microsoft Office. You are also quick to learn new software and systems as required.
